Marilyn Marchetti, Producer

Marilyn started her career in the corporate world with IBM as Field Engineer, then went into live event production, marketing and promotion. She has held various positions in film production and fulfilled her long-time dream of becoming a screenwriter. Marilyn has written, directed and produced several shorts and one documentary. She quickly transitioned into a producer’s role and currently has several feature films and one documentary in development. Marilyn is very passionate about one of her current projects, Oceanside Place, a psychological thriller/horror; believing that it will set a new precedent in filmmaking.

Michael S. Glick

Michael S. Glick, Producer

Michael Glick is a seasoned feature film producer. When Michael was Senior VP of production at MGM and United Artist’s Jeff Coleman (Executive VP) stated, “Michael’s extraordinary talent and prolific experience is a rare find in today’s industry.”

Michael has worked with some of Hollywood’s most talented filmmakers, including Ridley Scott, John Frankenheimer, Stanley Kramer, Billy Wilder, Peter Guber, Barry Sonnenfeld, Sid Sheinberg, Richard Zanuck, Neil Canton, Laura Ziskin, Jon Peters and Irwin Winkler; on such celebrated films as A Simple Wish, Original Sin, The Doctor, The Witches of Eastwick, This is Spinal Tap, Rocky II, Rocky V, A Chorus Line, Caddy Shack II, Godfather II, Battle for the Planet of the Apes and Fortune Cookie, to name a few. He was also involved with several TV series including, Star Trek and Hawaii Five-O. During his extensive career, Michael has held production positions with MGM, Paramount, Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Bros., Universal, Filmways, Embassy Pictures and CBS. Michael’s awards include a DGA award in 1975 for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Motion Pictures for Godfather II, shared with Francis Ford Coppola and the two assistant directors, and the Western Heritage Award in 1994 for Geronimo: An America Legend, shared with Walter Hill (director/producer), Neil Canton (producer), the writers, and actors Gene Hackman and Robert Duval. Michael brings a high level of expertise to Avanti Entertainment.

Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson, Producer - On "oceanside place"  Only

Ryan began his career as the body double for the Green Power Ranger in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, then interning for Peter Guber’s Mandalay Entertainment on the Sony lot. He was hired first as an assistant for both Ori Marmur and David Zelon, and later promoted to the head of development overseeing such projects as Into The Blue, The Score, Beyond Borders and Enemy at the Gates.

Ryan then started Pretty Dangerous Films making 18 films in less than 4 years including Cannes headliner The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things and David Mamet’s Edmond starring William H. Macy. He then produced Chasing 3000 starring Rory Culkin, Ray Liotta and Lauren Holly which was about baseball legend Roberto Clemente and was recognized at The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown New York. Ryan was also brought on as President of Production for a 50 million dollar Film Fund for Night Fox Entertainment, which was scheduled to produced King of the Kastle starring Clive Owen and Asa Butterfield and to produce a biopic on legendary R&B producer Teddy Riley. In 2013 Ryan founded The Film House to distribute films worldwide with regional releasing domestically, and full foreign sales and ancillary distribution globally. The Film House partnered with Dr. Alain Kayleros of Nanoscale and Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to create production studios in Syracuse New York and in Albany New York taking advantage of the aggressive New York State tax credits and New York is ‘Open for Business Campaign. ‘ The Film House opened a progressive Film School in 2015 that incorporates the student curriculum with filming activities. The Film House is partnering with Avanti Entertainment in production and distribution of Oceanside Place.

Mark Marchetti

Mark Marchetti, Creative Executive

Mark began his career in the film industry as a lighting technician straight out of college. He advanced to gaffer within two years. His extensive training and creative mind earned him the position of Lighting Designer very quickly. He has done several feature films, TV programs, music videos and commercials. Some feature films include Titanic, Being John Malkovich, Nurse Betty and Love Don’t Cost a Thing.

He also did promos for many features including Train Wreck, Sex Tape, The Interview and Thirty Minutes or Less. He’s worked on award winning music videos of the year for Usher, Lady Gaga, Bruno Marz, Eminem, Black Eye Peas, No Doubt, Little Wayne and award winning ad campaigns for Apple, Sony, Ford, Amazon, Audi, Disney. TV programs include The Wanda Sykes Show, The Andy Dick Show, 90210, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Joey for NBC, Weeds for Showtime and The Show Biz Show for David Spade. He has also done promos for all Networks including Dancing with the Stars, Scandal, American Idol and the 2012 Oscar Awards.
